01 Incoming Material Inspection
- Sampling inspection of all purchased materials before storage, including main materials, auxiliary materials, chemicals, etc.
- Based on AQL standard
02 Material Monitoring
- Temperature for main materials such as contact, electronic materials, plated materials etc
- Material validity
- First come, ﬁrst out management system
03 In Process Inspection
- Monitoring on all aspects
- First article,100% check
- SPC monitor on terminal crimping
- Product traceability
04 Outgoing Inspection
- AQL standard.
- Check details of products, labels, packaging etc
05 Disposal of Non-confirming Products
- All defective products need to be checked & approved by MRB team.
- Implement a Fast Response System within the problem-solving process to ensure rapid resolution of critical issues.
